The director
Your intent, initial clips and time ranges, must-keep actions, and final aesthetic decision. You can change direction whenever the film needs it.
DRONE FOOTAGE. HUMAN STORIES.
No editing app. Just your footage, a conversation, and an AI agent working with command-line tools.
You choose the moments. You shape the meaning. The agent handles the execution.
“Let the landscape open up first. Save the reveal for the end.”
No editing app.
No proprietary project format.
No mandatory AI platform.
Python + FFmpeg + your agentTHE CREATIVE LOOP
Insert the card. Tell your agent what matters. Refine the film together. You never need to operate an editing timeline.
The card is connected. Start a new project.
I’ll check the card and destination, copy the camera folders, compare their hashes, and keep the originals untouched.
Chat triggers the import. There is no background card watcher.
归档/import-card-01.jsonA COLLABORATION, NOT A BLACK BOX
Your intent, initial clips and time ranges, must-keep actions, and final aesthetic decision. You can change direction whenever the film needs it.
Proposes the structure, selects within your pool, researches music and its license, runs the tools, checks outputs and revises from your feedback.
Originals, selections, screenplay, music credits, timeline and commands stay together. Change conversations or agents without starting the story again.
FIELD NOTES / THREE COLLABORATIONS
Summaries of real creative iterations—not chat transcripts. Personal footage is not distributed here.
TONGJIAN LAKE · STRUCTURE
A repeated descent was removed. Landscape, exploration and a final reveal became a story, shaped by the director’s selections and feedback.
LIANGZHU · VISUAL STORYTELLING
Feedback turned a separate route animation into a synchronized map and elevation layer. Missing route data was never invented.
WEDDING PROJECT · MUSIC ITERATION
Short auditions kept the picture fixed while comparing musical directions. A previously used track was caught and relabeled—not presented as a new choice.
Case illustrations are graphic studies, not actual frames. The wedding example describes iteration only, not a verified final soundtrack.
READY WHEN YOU ARE
Get the clean starter, open it with a local-capable agent, and ask it to read the project. No skill installation. No private footage needed to try it.
Download the starter ↗Read README.md and AGENTS.md in this project. Check the dependencies and help me import my DJI card. I’ll give you the clips and time ranges, then let’s discuss the story before you edit.
python3 tools/aerial.py doctor
python3 tools/demo.py /path/to/new-demoWindows: use py -3 or your installed python command.Local file read/write and command execution; network access for music research. Python 3.9+ and FFmpeg/ffprobe. OpenClaw, GPT Dot, Grokbot, Claude Code and Codex CLI are possible entry points depending on permissions—not a claim that every client has been tested.
Verified imports, selection records, a basic SDR cut renderer, 8/10-bit software output, soundtrack processing, selectable subtitles, previews, technical checks and archive helpers. The agent provides creative reasoning and music research. Advanced maps, grading, photo animation and typography use project-specific scripts.
No blanket promise. Dependencies, camera profiles and permissions matter. The clean demo exercises the execution path without private assets. Known HDR/BT.2020 is refused by the basic SDR renderer. Original camera audio is omitted; soundtrack use is explicit. Omarchy and each named agent need their own verification.
No. Keep the project locally. Windows archiving and Stargaze cinema are optional extensions; cinema reuses a configured local library and a sidecar poster. A scan is not proof of successful playback.
